As a physiotherapist, I utilize a wide range of conventional orthopaedic manual therapies, such as joint mobilization and soft tissue techniques. I am trained in the Thoracic Ring Approach (developed by Linda Joy Lee and Diane Lee). Incorporating other more subtle techniques, such as craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation, are key to the power of treatment sessions.

I am also experienced in Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Meditation and Nutrition. I incorporate some, or all, of these modalities into my holistic physio assessment and treatment programs – designed according to your specific needs. This comprehensive whole person approach to health and wellness means you get all the time, attention and professional care you need to attain good health – and to maintain it for a lifetime.

I am dedicated to achieving the greatest potential for my own health and happiness. And, I have the same expectations for my patients as I do for myself. My commitment to health includes ongoing professional development to enhance my skills and stay abreast of the latest scientific developments in the medical field. This training and experience is also ongoing. All that I learn in my professional and personal life I pass on to my patients.

You too can learn what it takes to be pain free and to reach your ultimate physical and mental potential! We will work together. My goal is that you will save yourself from a lot of unnecessary pain, fear and frustration and to learn more about how to care for your body. I look forward to meeting you and working together to make your aches and pains a thing of the past and to feel happier and healthier every day!
